By registering, logging in, or purchasing a subscription to AIRecorder (provided by deppie), you fully acknowledge, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the legal rights to all audio files and voice recordings processed by the application. You are solely responsible for compliance with local wiretapping, consent, and data protection laws. AIRecorder takes no responsibility for any unauthorized recording activities.
We offer trial periods and premium plans (AIRecorder Prime). All billing details and payment processing are processed securely through Creem.io. Recurring subscriptions will auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled in your billing portal.
All premium plans represent immediate digital goods and cloud resource delivery. Once your payment is successfully completed, your premium features are instantly activated, and your subscription fees are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE and non-cancellable under any circumstances. You voluntarily waive all statutory withdrawal rights.
To maintain high-speed AI responses and prevent key scrubbing, VIP accounts are bound by our Fair Use Policy limits: a maximum of 2 hours of audio processing in any rolling 24-hour period, and 30 hours of audio processing in any rolling 30-day period. Access will be temporarily limited if limits are exceeded.
The application and AI services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee 100% transcription accuracy or uninterrupted cloud service availability. We are not liable for any data loss, processing errors, or service down-times caused by Google Gemini APIs, Redis clusters, or server providers.
